Contributors- 52 people have paid - two sets of reminder notices sent out.
Income is covering the outgoings - maintenance has been over spent due to above
insurance is above budget because of valuation. A 15 page document from the
valuer to be linked to website for members to read and advertised in newsletter

Should Side door to Art Room be replaced, as it is easy to break glass.
Robyn to investigate security screen as an option. Hastings has high burglaries so need to be aware of this. Jonathan to ask for advice/quote for installation. Security doors are available from Bunnings.

Festivals - Astrid is keen for a Festival of the Dead - looking for singers, Saturday 6 July.
Midwinter Festival is on 29th June and is on Taikura Grapevine. John Jackson
Toaster needs to be replaced . Angela Hair
Heater for art room needs to be replaced. Robyn to ask about timer heater as per other rooms and get a quote, vs a heater that is not rattling. Consult with Eva and Kathy Allan who use the room most often. Robyn Hewetson
Mothballs deter silverfish, mice and rats. Mothballs are hard to find, but Cedar rings are available from Bunnings to deter moths. Could be used to deter silverfish in library or ask around older generations who still have mothballs. Everyone
Discussion about ‘Conversations’ and courses planned. Mike to look at the events planned that could be added to the website each week. Events planner for wall has been bought for reference opposite the library doors. Cork board required for pinning planner. Purchase from Warehouse Stationary or source through Jonathon? Mike Caris
Glass cabinet on road - needs replacing. Lift up option would be better.
